Project Business Analyst (PBA)® Preparation Course (Virtual)

Objective: This course equips participants with the essential knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively perform business analysis in the context of projects and programs. Built on the PMI Guide to Business Analysis and the PMI-PBA® Exam Content Outline, the program blends theory with practical applications to help participants successfully achieve certification. Participants will learn to assess business needs, recommend solutions, and engage stakeholders, ensuring project outcomes align with business objectives. By the end of the course, participants will be fully prepared to take and pass the PMI-PBA® Certification Exam. Who Should Attend: This course is ideal for professionals who: Plan to take the PMI-PBA® Certification Exam Perform business analysis activities within projects or programs Work as business analysts, systems analysts, project managers, or product owners Course Duration & Schedule is over an 8-week schedule - Week 1: One-hour introduction session.
