With a Master of Science degree in Project Management, Liam stands out as one of the select few practitioners holding multiple project, program, and portfolio management accreditations from the Project Management Institute (PMI®). With over 27 years of rich professional experience, Liam has spearheaded numerous global IT and Infrastructure projects and programs across diverse industries. Presently, Liam's consultancy portfolio spans various industries, encompassing: • Collaborating with many blue-chip companies on a consultancy basis, facilitating the progression of management maturity levels within their organisations. • Spearheading the management, development, and delivery of diverse learning and training programs tailored for companies, colleges, and universities. His clientele ranges from tech giants like Facebook to esteemed institutions such as the Central Bank of Ireland and Government Bodies to Pharmaceutical Industries. • Crafting and implementing customised learning management programs to cultivate and amplify leadership competencies. Liam has successfully deployed these programs across sectors, including pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, oil & gas, and IT development, leveraging classroom and virtual platforms. In addition to his extensive industrial expertise, Liam dedicates significant time to training and coaching initiatives across the USA, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe, focusing on project and program management best practices. He has notably served as the President of the Ireland Chapter of PMI, authored multiple acclaimed Project Management books, and chaired PMI’s Global Board Groups.

With nearly 30 years of experience as a project manager, Sean has managed and successfully delivered complex projects across diverse sectors, including construction, urban infrastructure, IT/IS, software, telecommunications, urban development, and organisational restructuring. Sean joins the Loncom True Vision training and consultancy team with a deep understanding of good project management, having witnessed exceptional and sub-par practices. Sean continues to leverage his diverse experience by providing consulting advice to organisations around the globe, working with them to enhance their portfolio, program, and project management capabilities and individual practitioner competency. He is known and appreciated for his no-nonsense, jargon-free, and pragmatic approach, which ensures clear and effective communication. Since 2005, Sean has been developing and delivering practical project, program, and portfolio management training and education, teaching thousands of people to become better project managers. His teaching spans all levels of project management, from introductory courses to credential exam preparation and postgraduate courses. As an expert and engaging educator, Sean has authored several well-received books on project management. Recognised as a top influencer in project management, Sean has been awarded the Fellow of PMI New Zealand status for his significant and sustained contribution to the field. He continues his passion for the profession of project management by working on a global scale in project delivery, project education, and project consultancy.

Agnieszka (Aga) is an energetic and multi-lingual trainer, coach, and consultant with over 20 years of international experience in the project management profession. Joining the Loncom True Vision training and consultancy team as a creative trainer and consultant, she utilises innovative skills to support clients in designing and delivering skills courses. Aga has considerable experience working with private, public, and academic clients. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills enable her to build excellent relationships with clients at all levels. Aga is a Business Coach (ACC ICF) and a seasoned professional specialising in coaching and developing professionals across various disciplines, including Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Project Management, Project and Program Risk Management, Business Analysis, and Project/Program Leadership. She holds a Master of Science in Project Management and has served on the Project Management Institute (PMI) Board of Directors, holding PMP® and ACP® certifications.
