How the course runs

• Week 1: a 1-hour introduction session, followed by a 2–3 week break to complete your PMI-PBA® application
• Weeks 4–6: three days of live virtual classroom training, one day per week
• Weeks 6–8: self-paced study with the study guide and practice questions
• Week 8: PMI-PBA® exam
